When it comes to arrangements of past music, in addition to the well-known songs that make up the forefront of the soundtrack, I also wanted to include some tunes that only “maniacs” would recognize. This one, a minigame song from Sonic Adventure, could very well be the crown of these “maniac” song selections. Actually, I was captivated by this song even back then, but Tee Lopes, known for his work arranging the music of Sonic Mania, was also very passionate about the arrangement he created for this dirt road course in the desert. As an obviously bass-focused song, I brought a red-hot performance for the normal lap recording.
