It’s the music that the children who have overreached a little would listen to. In Japan, they’re of course the children of the world. It is rather something that the children are actually going farther along than the childishness that the adults think of. While carving the sharp beats, they come to involve the pop and catchy phrases. After such image took shape, I have been able to make music while enjoying myself greatly whenever I took out various elements from my drawer. If the children around the world who have played Sonic Rush would hum the phrases of my music, I would be happy in this way for the first time.
